Our Honest Review of PipeDrive

PipeDrive is customizable and has a good number of applications integration compared to others. You can take fast actions, make changes about the business leads and take them to the next steps. You can export all reports and records.

You can send mass or personal e-mails by integrating with e-mail marketing tools such as MailChimp. However, we noticed that PipeDrive does not work great while using this feature. We had to do some work manually, but still sending professionally written e-mails to clients directly from the CRM tool is a great feature.

It is comfortable to manage different sales projects in separate pipelines. You can filter to the customer list and track customers or take bulk action on the customers. We also use another task management tool on the software side. Since we like the activities feature that works like sales-driven task management, we decided to move all sales tasks to PipeDrive. You can list the works linked with high volume customers and make them a separate group, making it very easy to share work within the team. In this respect, it is worth mentioning that it is an excellent tool for both remote and collaboration. After starting to use the tool, we can see that the sales and marketing teams work more efficiently, at least recording everything allows us to focus more on big sales and deals.

Although PipeDrive is used by large companies, in our opinion, this CRM seems to be a much better solution for businesses that are in Pre-launch, Early Startup or Growing Startup.
